I love receiving magical Mickey mail! 😄 I am very excited to announce that I have been chosen to host a #DisneyKids Preschool Playdate later this month! ✨ Thank you, Disney Parks!
#DisneyKids Preschool Playdates are parties/playdates you throw at your home to tell others about the magic of Walt Disney World Resort. As a host, I will receive a kit uniquely tailored to preschoolers with games, decorations, etc. for my playdate.
Keep an eye on the blog and my social channels for updates!
My lovely wife has started a new blog series on our family blog, LifeIsFunWithKids.com. I’m excited to see where this takes her and I’m very proud of her first post, Staying strong amidst the chaos.

My wife and I have finally decided to start a family blog to share the chaos, er, fun of our life with four kids. Because, when you have four kids, you need one more thing on your plate. 🙂
I am building the site this month, so please check out our social media channels in the meantime:
Thank you, family and friends, for your support! We’re excited to share more of our family adventures with you.
This time of night was once quiet. I expected it to change when Gretchen arrived. I did not expect William and Elisabeth to be the ones crying or up more than her. It seems our middle Tweedles have acquired an internal alarm that goes off, waking them to call out to Daddy and Mommy, while their baby sister is actually sleeping.
This is only a season of our lives though, and it will go by too quickly. As Jen remarked tonight, before we know it William will be in high school keeping us up for bigger reasons than getting out of his bed. Therefore, I will cherish him getting up and coming to our bedroom wearing his Superman pajamas and carrying his Pooh stuffed animal. I will also cherish Elisabeth crying and calling my name after William finally goes to sleep. And I will cherish Robert being the only child to fall asleep and sleep through the chaos every night.
This being said, children, please go to sleep right now. All of you.
I am very happy to announce that my wife gave birth to our fourth child and second daughter this morning. Gretchen Isolde Aycock arrived on June 6, 2014 at 1:44 a.m. She is 7lb 13oz and 21″ long. Welcome to the world, Gretchen!
