I love these two. ❤ Yes, they’re sharing a teething ring.

Autumn is officially here! I'm happy that these two seasonal staples are now in our refrigerator.

This weekend was absolutely beautiful. I'm so glad fall is finally here. I'm ready for cooler temps and colorful trees.

Happy Fall, Y’all!

22 Sep

Today marks the first day of fall, also known as the autumnal equinox.  Fall is by far my favorite season.  This time of year has so many wonderful sights, smells and tastes.

To celebrate the start of this fantastic season, I wanted to share a few more photos from our family’s trip to Sky Top Orchard.  While we visited Sky Top before fall officially began, apple picking is an activity associated with autumn. Enjoy! 😀

Transforming Magic Kingdom Park for Fall

21 Sep

The following video is a couple of years old, however, it still amazes me the amount of time and work if takes to transform the Disney Parks for the holidays.

Magic Kingdom’s fall transformation takes place over five days as more than 40 Cast Members dress up the park with a Halloween theme. This video features a time lapse of the fall décor installation on Main Street, U.S.A., Mickey’s Country House and Town Square. After Magic Kingdom is veiled with scarecrows, Jack-O-Lanterns and haunting décor, guests are invited to trick-or-treat in their own Halloween costumes for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, an annual after-hours event that takes place on select evenings through Nov. 1.
